Please join us on Tuesday 19th March at 7.30am at The Teller in East Brunswick for a branch meeting and the launch of the CICA Cross Hire agreement template. The Cross Hire templates, a CICA Business Essentials initiative, will be free for CICA members and will help to mitigate the risks and responsibilities in Cross Hire of cranes. These agreements were developed in consultation with a working group of CICA members. The aim of this cross-hire agreement template is to both facilitate efficient contracting between crane owners, hirers, operators and construction companies and reduce the risk of disputes arising.
